After an age of women who were seen and not heard, and even then were only seen in drab full length dresses that fitted demurely around rigid bodies - a new breed of Women were born. With uncensored mouths, vivacious personalities and physical dynamism these women arrived on the scene to shock and scandalise the social set. They came bejeweled, uncorseted and adorned in all manner of lace, feathers and fur. They shunned propriety and put themselves on display; beautiful, new age birds of paradise - iconic of an era of fast cars, fast women and fast fortunes. These women lived, and danced, unapologetically. These were the flappers. The notorious daughters of decadence and hedonism.

They are hand dyed, and embellished with fringing, beading, ribbon, applique, satin, lace, jewels and material flowers. Each is completely unique and cannot be reproduced.
