 The Powder Room Launch Party - July 17th at The Burlesque Lounge The Powder Room had a resoundingly successful launch party on Friday July 17 at The Burlesque Lounge in Northbridge. Attended by over 150 guests, attendees were privy to a sneak peek at our favourite products including footwear, corsets, headwear, parasols, gloves and clothing. They helped themselves to some sweet treats and champagne, and were treated to the sweet jazz stylings of Monsieurs Abercromby and Kingwell. All this while watching the Powderette Charleston flapper dancers, Ella Jezebella as the Muchacha Showgirl, Miss Mystique de la Bouche and her burlesque fan dance and witnessed our beautiful models of all shapes and sizes strut their stuff on the catwalk. Congrats to the lovely lady who won the best dressed award and scored herself a delicious $100 voucher for a David Woolley vintage glamour photography session! Thank you to everyone who came, and all those marvelous people who assisted - it was truly a glamourous night! More photos to come soon! |
