The Victoriana skirt is comprised of two separate pieces. A white ruffle skirt with elasticated waist that falls to the knee is then overlaid with a black high waisted bustle-style piece that falls below the underskirt at the back. Three hook and eyes fasten the cumberbund of the overlaying skirt.

 

Victoriana is utterly regal and oh so elegant. With a touch of the gothique to her look, this piece harks back to an era where clothing was design to turn heads (else heads would roll).
