In keeping with the guidelines set by the Department of Consumer Protection we do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection.
Exchanges and refunds can be given where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or don't do what they are supposed to do.
In the case that you make a selection and the size does not fit you, we are willing to give you store credit for that amount, provided that the product is returned in new condition (with packaging).
